How to lose weight on upper body? -

I want to lose weight on my upper body what excerises can i do i want to lose weight in my stomach and arms what good excerises to do?

Weight loss generally happens over your whole body, but I would recommend doing arm excercises with lots of reps, little weight (put your arms straight out palm facing the sky, then, with your arms straight, have your hands meet over your head, then put them straight out again. repeat this as many times as possible.)also, there are certain foods that target belly fat. Some of these foods have fat in them, but they are healthy fats - yes there is such a thing. for healthy snacks, make your own trail mix of nuts, raisins and a few DARK CHOCOLATE pieces.Here are a few foods with fat in them that are healthy, yummy, and will help with weight loss:Dark Chocolate, nuts, avacado, coconut, fish.Cook with all natural, nonhydrogonized coconut oil instead of using butter, margarine or other oils.

do quanity of reps over weight in any exercies you do and do it fast thats the best way of loseing weight because if you take long and do alot of weight youll only gay body mass

Losing weight is not site specific.. happens over your whole body. No way to change that, sorry. Do lots of fast paced cardio and eat LOTS of fresh veggies, grilled chicken, eggs, are all cheap!

Cardio is the best. Stary running regularly and do light weight liftinf. If you can t afford weights, lift jugs of water.
