How to lose weight/be healthy w/out fruits/vegetables? -

i have what doctors call a little bit of a weight problem. What can I do to be healthy and in shape? Just for the record i do not eat fruits or vegetables unless you count forms of potatos and orange juice. Help with my problem would be greatly appreciated.

See its really a detox, but at the same time when detoxing you lose weight right along plus rid your body of toxins and whatever they are putting in food these days.Its a 10-12 day diet, some folks go longer. you might lose weight without eating fruits and vegetables, but you will NOT be healthy. try fruits and veggies again, use different recipes. i have know a lot of people who hate spinach, and it seems that its not that they hate it, its that its never been cooked/ prepared properly!if you like potatoes (i know i couldn t live without them) try switching one or all of the potatoes in a recipe with a sweet potato. they have more nutrients, and add some fancy color too! try different juices too. V8 fusion has an acai mixed berry that is magically delicious. acai is very good for you, and if its too overpowering on its own, cut it with a little orange juice. i mix it with apple juice for my son, who is 2 and he loves it!you have to figure out why you do not eat fruits and veggies. do not is a choice you are making to hurt your health. i have a friend who can not eat most fruits and veggies, because he is allergic to so many of them. his is not a choice.fruits and veggies are important, not only nutritionally, but physiologically as well. your body needs the roughage that they provide, needs to make the effort to digest those foods. just try to figure out why you don t eat them, and then try them again, with a new recipe or spice, and repeat. i used to hate onions, and especially fishy foods. if it swam, i would not eat it! i have tried (and not died from) eating salmon, crab, clams, and scallops. i am 23.the help you seek for your problem is in the reason you have the problem, eat your veggies! be healthy!when i was little i always ate my veggies first, so i could get to the meat and potatoes. try that, it might help you choke the veggies down, and you ll be much healthier for it.

Quit eating fried foods and quit eating at fast food places unless you can control yourself and order only the burger or chicken sandwich with no fries and a water or fries and no burger with a water. Exercise. Learn how many calories are in everything. Almost all restraunts post nutrition info on the internet. Make sure you take your vitamins. Drink water instead of soda. Get a forman grill, they are great for eating healthy meat with no fat. Watch your portion sizes and realize what a real portion actually looks like.

Start eating them!!!!!!!!!!!, honestly, if you just push yourself to do the obvious healthy things, you will be rewaraded, I ve been there and started eating more healthyier and lost 20 pounds. I excercise everyday 45 mins of cardio and on the days I dont feel like doing it, I would do 20 mins.Drink lots of water, thts the first thing you should do when you wake up before eating anything.The more you push yourself the better you will feel. Put some effort in everything you do there are no short cuts!!!!!

I would do a bit of walking each day, Lots of water or add milled Flax seed to the food you do eat..Has lots of fiber,has Omega 3..Helps diabetics with lower blood sugar levels.Helps drop bad cholesterol. Talk to Dr. before taking, as this acts as a blood thinner can not be taken with aspirin.You could also consider juicing your fruits and vegetables.This tastes really good and the recipe mixtures are endless..Good Luck..Edit: should have known a question asking troll!!

just get out and walk everyday. you dont need to run! but just walking for atleast 20 mins your own pase everyday should help.drinking bottle of water everyday helps alot to!if you drink atleast 2 a day, within a month you ll loose 5lbs!try to alliminate breads and if you eat pasta, try whole weat!and try to get rid of soda if you drink it alot.if you cant find that you cant get rid of it.. limit it to one a day.

I don t eat fruits or vegetibles either Exercise alot, eat lots of meat and don t over eat the bad stuff

if you don t eat fruits and vegetables, you could do with running, which will greatly reduce your weight. also you would need to cut down on oily food intakes
