How to lose weight in your lower abs? -

I wanna know different ways how to shrink your lower abs. Can anyone help me out, please?

Hanging Leg raises are really good. also do Leg Raises while laying on the floor. doing Tucked Levers also called (Hip Thrusts) work very well. and the Grab Ankles Lift works well too.

I actually just read an article at my gym on this. The first main factor is diet...get that straightened out and you ll be good. Second, reverse crunches don t really help unless you ve got some muscle build already. The main exercise you can do to develop lower abs is stand straight. Yep, just stand straight.

focus on diet big time and do reverse crunches. pilates will also help shrink those muscles

reverse crunches and the plank.. lots of cardio will always to the trick.
