Can anyone give me ways on how to lose weight? -

Okay, I want to lose about 15 to 20 pounds by the end of July. I don t want to spend a lot of money or have to take or or order any products online. I just want to do it the healthy way. I want to get some abs and lose weight in my legs. Is there any exercises could do or some type of cheap food I can get at a grocery store, that helps with building muscles but losing fat, and keeping it off?
