There is no way to spot reduce body fat in certain areas. It seems that your body is built to have more fat around the thigh area, and the same is true for many women. The best thing to do would be to do cardio to burn body fat and then tone the thighs. First stretch them with the butterfly position along with a regular stretching routine. You can do ballet-style plies or any number of other exercises that target the inner thighs. Good luck.

Xacillatum has the right approach. I agree with this person.Spot reduction is not possible with bodies. Can you imagine if this is possible - you will look so disproportionate and look downright funny. Body just does not work that way.You can reduce weight overall by eating right and in moderation and have a regular exercise routine. There is no other way unless you go through liposuction. To my way of thinking lipo is not an option.
