How to lose weight without excercise? -

I m 162 pounds and im looking to lose weight without out exercise. What can i do to lose the weight? What can i drink eat?(etc.)ThanksFabby

LEAN CUISINES. After I had my daughter, I wanted to lose the weight but I didn t have anytime for excerise. I ate one lean cusine for lunch and one for dinner. No breakfast and NO snacks whatsoever. Drink nothing but water. The weight will melt off. It can get tough though. I remember by 10 pm I d be really hungry, but I d fight it and I lost all of the weight.If you can stick to it, give it a try. :)

You re going to need to exercise. Not wanting to work at it is why you re 162 lbs in the first place. Suck it up and balance healthy eating with exercise.Eat a BIG breakfast, followed by 4 - 5 small meals. Balance fruit, vegetable, lean meats, a little cheese, grains, etc. xxx

Limit carbs to 20 to 30 grams per day,eat meat,eggs,fish,some cheese,some peanuts.That s it and watch the weight fly off.
