easy, diet and exercise.but what you don t need is bad emotions - you need to put yourself in an environment that only motivates you to be healthier. this could mean not watching the tv, internet and all forms of media, if they affect you. only see friends and family who are supportive. you need to change your environment, clean out your fridge o fatty junk food. make it harder for you to go to the grocery - set a budget or a schedule, and stick to it. reward yourself when a goal is achieved with a non-food reward - like a massage.

I am in the same boat with ya, girl.I lost a few pounds by changing my eating habits. When shopping, chose fresh fruits and veg., and watch your calories with the canned food. Go outside and walk around, walk to the mailbox, clean vigorously, and park at the end of the aisle and walk farther to the store.Start with small steps. Try new things, and you may find a routine that you can stick with.Good Luck!!

Buy yourself a really hot outfit, that you are dying to wear, but 2 sizes smaller than you are. Make it your goal to fit into it within a certain time period.Remember that eating less, and the right food groups will cause you to lose weight properly. Fad diets, and diet pills do not work long term.
I am the same way as you. I have tried everything from eating less to diet pills to exercise. I think I finally found the answer. The answer is exercise. You / I have to exercise everyday and I don t mean walking. You / I have to RUN. I usually run after 10:00 at night when the streets are clear of cars people. I don t know how far I run but I work my body. You know the feeling when you work your body. That s it. That s the answer to losing weight. You have to work your body. Good luck.
A pound a day is not considered healthy. You should realistically be loosing 10 to 15 pounds a month.

Just for the reality check, diets will not work out well because we will eventually give up on it. However, there is one known as the Atkins diet designed not to bore the person with what they eat. This diet encourages its followers to increase intake of lean meat and reduce the intake of carbs by a whole lot. Its because carbs are known as the main sugar supplier in our diet which would eventually turn into excess glycogen that would make us fatter and not healthier. Vege intake is kept constant as the normal diet.Besides that, you can make things easier and faster by checking on the calorie intake. Get a calorific table from a doctor to check the calorific value of every meal you take. Also, check your calorie needs first. If you are in the 20 s, you would need somewhere around 9000 to 12000 kcal per day. Don t exceed these. Remember, moderation is the key to everything. Exercise would also help a lot. But, don t go straight for the hard ones. Start with light exercises like a simple 10 minutes walk or jog and do something like 10 push-ups and 10sit-ups a day. As you gradually improve, you will find it easier to complete this task and eventually start losing the extra pounds.Last but not least, a STRICT reminder not to turn to slimming products even when there is a temptation to do so!Hope these would do a great help. Good Luck!!!
Eat less;Move around more;NOT COMPLICATED!
