do sit ups.
There are three elements to work on.1. Diet. You probably need to consume fewer calories. I use www.thedailyplate.com to keep track of everything I eat.2. Running. If you don t want to go to the gym, you should start running in your neighborhood or a park. Work up to 30 minutes, 3 times a week. (It ll take a while to get there; keep at it and don t give up when you have a couple setbacks. It s normal to miss a couple days or miss some goals; don t let it get to you.)3. Abdominal exercises. (See the link below for some good ones.)
healthy diet and sit-ups. regular sit-ups and the ones you do with right elbow to left knee and left elbow to right knee. traditional sit-ups will help with the 6-pack and the other will help the side muscles. good luck to you.
