How to lose weight and double chin..and reduce the puffiness in my face? -

I m not a low carb addict, but I ve noticed weight gains if consuming those in large quantities, especially when associated with other foods.* If you like them a lot, try and eat them like one meal. A nice delicious plate of spaghetti could be your lunch (never dinner!), followed by a nice big apple. These rich starch foods are not good for dinner!* At dinner time, chose mainly large mixed veggies salads... with fish, lean meat or cheese (if you are not a vegetarian). if u want to lose weight the best food to it are baked potatoes with nothing on it. no salt no nothing just plain. u can eat a 10000000000 baked potatoes till ur stuff and not gain a pound. i heard that from a weight loss tape. the best drink is water or gatorade. thats a start then when you work out do some taeboo. if u want a macine. run with dumbells on a treadmill. u could do the rocky workout. but thats a new story. u could use a butterfly macine i think it works the abs1) It is not just the amount you eat, but what you eat. Lean meats and vegtables that snap are a good place to start. And by snap I mean fresh and not boiled or doused with better or whatever.2) Exercise moderatly but for about an hour every other day. Spend half of that walking or running at a good enough pace for you to feel labored. The other half of the time use weights, or exercises such as push ups or situps to get a muscle burn . A gym is also an option, but I don t know if you have the money for or want to spend the money on it.3) Sleep well. To bed earlier and up earlier. Exercise in the morning when you wake up, not in the evening before bed. 7 hours of GOOD sleep is a must.4) Occupy yourself with a hobby that keeps your attention for a long period of time. A hobby like this keeps your mind focused and gives less of a chance for snacking from boredom.That is a good place to start... if you see good results, keep it up and modify to fit you... if it does not, see a doctor AND a trainer Keep working out, drink water a lot, eat 5 to 6 meals a day but in small quantities, vegtables are important specially cucumber and lattice, fruits not be eaten after meals except by 2 to 3 hours, minimize the starch quantities in your meals lots of salad is important, your last meal must be before you sleep by 2 to 3 hoursthe most important thing is you don t lose patient wait and have a strong will to be as what you wantyou might have some more ideas from www.ivillage.comgood luck

consider what you are eating and the value of, are you eating good fats, drinking plenty of water.. walking .talk to your doctor about a test of facts

Step1 : Go on a 30 day water only fast.Step 2: Go on a walk after every meal about 20-30min.Step 3: Slowly introduce solid foods back in starting with uncooked fruits and vegetables (First 4 days back)Step 4: Next add steamed rice 2 daysStep 5: Next add Bread regiment from triangle (cereal) 2 daysStep 6: Next add meat (one meal per day) - cook it on a goerge forman grill (this takes all the fat out (1 week)Step 7: Start a regular workout session 2 days per week (2 days apart)Make sure during this whole process you are drinking plenty of liquids to flush your system of toxens. You will loose so much weight if you dedicate yourslef to this system. If you can t hack the 30 day fast do it for 1 week w/ fruit juices...Good Luck!

dont eat salt ,,and do some light weight training ,,theres chin lifts, strech the chin back and work the jaw ,feel the cords in the neck ,tighten them, now relax and do it again, rub your neck ,with skin so soft ,by avon ,the warm massage will help move out the colegen, and then tighten the skin all over the face and chin and neck with steam ,and washes with lemon ,to strip out the excess oils, and tighten the areas ,,check with a skin counselor at a salon ,just go for the advice ,,then read at the library ,theres books on theese problems in the makeup and skin care books ,,good luck

Depending on your age and if you are experiencing hormonal imbalance or thryroid imbalance the answer is not a simple one. Find a change of life that suits you.The best tips i found are don t eat 2 to 3 hours before going to sleep.Eat healthy( get all processed foods into the waste bin) and get a way to get more exercises in your life, even if it is taking a bicycle for shorter trips instead of the car and don t take the elevator if you don t need to go higher than the third floor.If you know loosing weight is really a change of life you know it s an ongoing project.Try to not loose much more than a pound a week.This sounds very little but gives your skin the time to adjust instead of going all flippy floppy.There is no real list to be honest.I believe everyone is Unique and should apply changes that work for them personally.Some find it in Yoga others start running marathons.Also watch your shopping cart.Make a shopping list and avoid impulse shopping don t buy anything you didn t put on the list.Dr Phil has summarized the basics kinda nicely tho i lost my 35 kilo before he wrote the book.
