There are really no short cuts.Eat healthy and be more active.Join some after school activities that you find fun but will get you out of the house (dancing or sports for example).Ask your parents for support. I m sure they will help you.
THIS IS HORRIBLE! You are so young and I personally think that you should not worry about this. Younger people are cruel, especially in late elementary school, transferring into middle school, and they should not be making fun of you. Since you are only ten your metabolism is very quick, so if you try eating more fruits and vegetables and cutting out junk food, you will most likely lose some weight immediately. But you are beautiful the way you are and you will come to learn this as you get older. Stay strong.
Don t freak out. Just eat a little bit less dessert/snacks each day and maybe go for a run once a week. And as for you being so concerned about your peers opinions, don t worry about it. 5th graders will be 5th graders and when guys get more mature, they will stop making fun of you for such silly reasons.Tough out the immature classmates and casually watch your weight without becoming obsessive. 10 years old is not an age to worry about that, have fun while you still can. Enjoy your minimal homework!
first of all, you should lose weight for your own health and happiness. Dont worry about other kids. I know its hard. Please ask your parents to find you a dietitian to help structure a diet for you. in the mean time, try to cut out sodas and snacks, drink more water and exercise. if nothing else, walk up and down stairs. Someday you will be gorgeous and those other kids will beg to be your friend. good luck to you.
Ignore the answer ahead of me. DO NOT THROW UP. All you need to do is get outside and play more, skip, jump, play elastics, swim and have fun moving. Play netball, walk, run, just have fun. Also, instead of eating crisps and chocolate, snack on fruit. Please be aware it will not just happen but takes time. In the meantime, keep persisting and blow those kids at school, just keep trying and know in a few months there will be a new you. You could also ask your mom to make salads and grilled chicken and veges more and to cook healthier meals. Be good if your whole family got involved in a healthier way of life.
Eat natural foods like fruits and vegetables, don t **** around with chips or ice cream even if it says Low Fat or something. Eat a breakfast with plenty or protein, this will reduce the need to snack during the day. Make sure you re exercising, I suggest some cardio. Maybe play a sport for your school or go to the gym and run the treads. I don t know how tall you are, but 116 is not like obscene or anything. Just stick with it for a couple months and you ll notice the change. If you can eventually replace fat mass with muscle mass, you re not gonna get **** from people and you re gonna get more looks from guys ;)
You don t need to lose weight. If you start dieting now, before you even hit puberty, you are going to screw up your metabolism as an adult which could cause you to be fatter than you would ve been if you had not dieted. Don t worry about dieting worry about school.
are you genetically overweight or you just can t control how many carbs you eat a day?do not follow vegetable diets. (they taste really gross, to the point where you can t take it anymore.) eat fruits, sleep more early, follow simple standards, and ask your parents if you can alter your diet plan...if you re feeling up for it, exercise but don t overdo it.
just cut down on the fast food, soda, juice.take your lunch to school.less snacking.: D more exercising! join an afterschool program! go out and play with friends! join a city softball team, gymnasticks, or maybe even soccer or basketball! dance! : D there s a lot to do! : D
Enroll on a sport program that keeps your body easy. Give up ice cream, chips, and soda for the mean time.
Cut back on junk food and get more exercise, (play outside) same as for everybody else.
Go vegan. And exercise.
you don t need to lose weight. If you do try to however DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!
DO NOT DRINK Soda/pop, juice or milk.DO NOT EAT candySoon you will get taller and 116 pd will not be a lot at all.
why would you want to do that.. at your age u should think about eating and growing taller ...u will not get fat at your age... so stop worrying.. worry when u hit 18..
