im in the same boat believe it or not.. why do u need to lose the weight that fast...all i can say is stay off of junk food and get lots of exercise and ull be fine.. eat lots of fruit and vegs.. thats what im doing... good luck!!
the first few weeks will be a quick weightloss but after that it will take a little longer... you just need to be persistant. cut your calories to 1400 or so a day... you can keep track at sites like fitday.com its very helpful.. to lose weight i ate a good sized breakfast between 200-350 calories then had a snack between then and lunch (around 100 cals) then lunch another 200-300 calories then another snack and dinner. i cut out all soda(maybe a diet one now and then) and no more junk food. i stuck to serving sizes on packages and just became really aware of what i was eating! you would be AMAZED at how much this helps. (tip- i didn t do to much dieting.. just cut calories and paid attention to my portions and serving sizes, i ate what i wanted just more intelligently) i also hit the gym at least for times a week... try just walking on the treadmill with it inclined at a quick pace (3.5-4 mph) it works great. i also like the eliptical (low impact and fun) and the stationary bike. always listen to music when you work out. keeps you motivated. and if you want to hit the weights check out bodybuilding.com its got lots of tips and exercises for you to work your musclles. good luck! i m sure you can do it!
Nutrition will be the biggest thing you do but the other three components are Resistance Training, Cardio, and Supplementation you need all these to be successful, get a professional to help you like a personal trainer and set a two month goal and stick with your program, I don t know your vital but a healthy adult can lose about two pounds a week safely so if you do it right you can be down to the mid 160 s in two months.
I know one way. Eat lots in the morning and eat less in the night.

Acupuncture is a highly effective treatment method to treat weight loss. Weight loss is one of the most classical examples illustrating the similarities and differences in the treatment procedures followed by Tradition Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine. They are similar as both of them accept that a person can have weight problem due to various reasons. Also both of them accept that any treatment must be accompanied by diet and lifestyle changes to get results. They differ a lot in the treatment methods from a clinical overview.
The best way to do it is excerise. And eat healthier, but don t try to go on some diet, that only causes more problems.
How much money are you willing to spend?I have been reading up on the Michael Thurmond 6 week body makeover and I am thinking about buying it. It costs about $120 dollars. It tells you what body type you are, what to eat and what exercises to do for your body type and you supposedly lose weight quicker on this program than on any other diet .You are supposed to lose 30 pounds in 6 weeks or your money back, Guarantee.http://www2.mybodymakeover.com/template/I hope it works for you. E-mail me and let me know how it turns out.Cheers

There is no quick way. If you go the quick way you will only end up screwing yourself in the end.If you do it right, you only have to do it once. Healthy diet and exercise. Moderation is key. End of story.Don t worry about your 2 month deadline. Do you have an even to go to? You can lose a significant amount in 2 months, but maybe not as much as you d like.
It is never safe to lose too much weight in a very short time. I would say that in 2 months you shouldn t try to lose more than 10-15 pounds. The safest way to lose the weight and keep it off is to eat a sensible diet combined with increased activity. If you cut out almost all sugar intake you may be able to lose a few extra pounds. Usually people beginning a weight loss regimen will lose up to 5 pounds the first week and then 1-2 pounds each week after that.
set a goal first. what is your ideal weight?*****************************According to the CDC, your Body Mass Index (BMI) is only slightly high. Sounds like you need to work on toning more than weight loss. *****************************I don t suggest trying to loose more than a couple of pounds per week. A single pound of fat contains 3500 calories. That means you need to burn 1000 calories more per day than you take in. That already boarders on starvation.Start slow pace yourself. Realize that you will eventually start putting weight back on. That is not a bad thing. Muscle is more dense contains more water. Consequently, it weighs more than fat. Putting on lean muscle is a definate good thing. And for god sakes, REWARD YOURSELF. It is okay to have sweets once in a while. If you go cold turkey, life will suck, you will stop. So treat youself once in a while, you ve earned it.
Change your diet, but not just that. Start moving around more. Start out with a nice long walk every day. It will be tough at first, but will get easier in time. Get some weights at home and start lifting them every day. Do lots of reps and go go go. Just find ways to move around as much as you can. You gotta get exercise if you ever want to lose the weight and change your body. Good luck to you.
well i dont know if this works for everyone, but i simply cut my portions down. weight loss for me is mostly phsycological and i had to train my brain to recognize that i only need to eat small portions. i went from 240 to 227 in a couple months doing this, hope it helps.
1. Cut down on portion size and eat snacks between meals such as almonds or carrots. Don t cut out all bad foods, just eat them in small portions once a week or so (greasy handburgers, pizza, fries)2. Start out with some cardio such as walking up hill on a treadmill, running/walking, boxing, cycling. Mix it up a bit and do some cardio at least three days a week3. hit the weights. Work all the muscles including legs and abs that guys skip on. 4. Eat your protein within two hours of your workout5. Eat high fiber breakfast. Everyday. Skip the cream cheese on a bagel and lay off the captain crunch or cocoa pebblesYou can t lose weight and keep it off my dieting. It has to be lifestyle change.
i asked a similar question.. someone suggested to go to www.spartafit.com it helped me alot.. hope it helps you.
The way to REALLY make it work? Hire a trainer. yeah its gonna cost a lot of money but it works. You ll have someone to push you when you feel like quitting because knowing the majority, once you feel tired, you stop. Trainers make you go the extra mile. Eat a lot of veggies. Anything green is good, anything white is bad. snack a lot (and not on chips and stuff), almonds, fruit, smoothies are good (fresh fruit, nonfat yogurt, ice, skim milk and maybe some protien powder too)... it will curb your appetite when it s time to eat a big meal. With that and excersize, you ll see it work for you. 2 months is a short time so you re going to really have to dig deep if you really want to lose the weight. You gotta want it. Good luck.
Best way I ve found is coffee and brown rice. Coffee kills your appetite, brown rice fills you up and keeps you full for a while. walk a bit more, count your calories (keep them around 1000/day), take some vitamins so you don t get malnourished and keep your eyes on the prize.
Ive lost 25 lbs in 4 months and I didnt work out vigorously even. I just exercised about 3 times a week on the elyptical at moderate speed for 30 minutes, ate 2 meals a day, didnt eat past 7 p.m., and Im still losing fat, it s great.
U control your eating 2000 calorie diet, see your physician for extra dieting tips,U find a sport that ur interested in or if your not interested in any of em then just exercise on treadmill or some other simple activity with losing weight motivating u, u could listen to music as well,DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THOSE MEDICAL WEIGHT LOSS PLACES, THEIR SYSTEM WILL GET U THE SAME MAYBE WORSE RESULTS THAN WHAT I HAVE SUGGESTED
If you want to loose weight in a healthy way, you should cut back on certain foods, do a colon cleanse and excercise. Loosing weight is a combination eating right, excercise and and keeping your organs working properly. I suggest you cut out all fried foods, carbs, and carbinated drinks. If you have to eat meat, only eat fish and white meat chicken - but I prefer that you cut out meat as well. That means no fast food, no microwaved food, no bread, potatoes, pasta no potatoe chips and candy. Grill or sautee your meats in olive oil and drink only water and organic juices (prefably carrot juice or any juice by Odwalla). Many juices in the grocery stores have lots of sugar - check the labels for fructose. That is nothing but sugar which is very fattening. Begin a daily excercise routine with a combination of mostly aerobic excercise. Start walking 15 minutes the first day and increase it by 10 minutes everyday. Also, go to your local herbal store and ask for a good colon cleanse. You want to make sure you are regular. Sounds gross - but many people gain weight because their bodies aren t processing their foods properly. Your poor colon, heart and liver has to work extra hard when you are overweight and when you eat heavy foods - that s what makes you tired after you eat. If you follow this advice - you should loose at least 5lbs in the first week.
You can go to Amsen International Hostel at 255 Bukit Timah Road. With the way they treat students, you will defenetely loss weight.
Never skip breakfast and eat healthy snacks (fruits, veges, nuts) in between meals. Decrease your portion size on your meals. If you go out to eat, cut it in half and ask for a box to go and put the other half away. Drink lots of water and exercise at least 4 times per week. Cut down on sugar intake and alcoholic beverages. Good luck!
