How to lose weight without taking pills and eat whenever you want? -

i m a 14 year old boy that weighs about 220 pounds. now don t be negative because i know it s wrong and that s why i m posting this question trying to fix what i created. Now i WILL NOT take any pills and i do like to eat, so i m just looking for a solution to fast weight loss.

Count calories instead. Do not go over 1800 per day, start walking more. Within a year you should be down 40 pounds or more just from that. If you cut to 1600 calories though and do 1 hour cardio exercise 3-5 times a week, that weight can come off in 6 months.

Everything in a package has calories. Look for the label on the back in white, it should say Calories - x per serving x being the number. Report Abuse

that s like asking how to turn metal into gold, it s just not possible, if you want results you ll have to make sacrifices.
