How to lose weight. with diet and exercise? -

Hi, i am a very overyweight person. I am 5 5 and about 180 pounds. Couls someone please give a detailed diet and exercise plan to lose 20 pounds by the end of november. I am trying to change my lifestyle i have changes my eating plan, and i exercise. but i need something to give me a jump start on losing weight. Thank You in andvance : )
