How to lose weight without compromising your everyday meals? -

Eat small meals (about the size of your fist), only when you re truly hungry. Eating five or six times a day is great.EAT SLOWLY. It takes your body at least 15 minutes to determine satiety.Drink a full glass of water fifteen minutes before any meal. Your hunger pangs may really be for water.Drink at least 8 or 10 glasses of water daily. Your body loses its ability to burn fat without enough water.Eat whole, healthy foods. Stay away from processed junk.Do not drink sodas.Exercise at least 30 minutes daily. Strength training is great by increasing your basal metabolic rate, because increased muscle mass burns more calories. While watching TV, use that time to stretch, or do some light calisthenics.

Exercise, especially some kind fo weight training. It works for most people (me included). I love food, and I try to eat really nutritious things most of the time, but food is a major joy in life. So, to keep my weight down, I exercise most days of the week. I have found that weights are much better for staying slim than just walking/cardio.

Burn more calories than you consume. Easier said than done, but that is what you have to do. Count calories, control portion size and exercise.

1. Don t clean your plate. Eat just enough to get you satiated, not full.2. Drink water before and during your meals.3. If you cook, lighten your meals. Cooking Light offers healthy recipe options for everyday favorites. http://www.CookingLight.com4. Snack on fruits and raw vegetables.5. ExerciseNone of the above will work if your everyday meals are fast food.

Cut about 300 calories a day and exercise for an hour a day. Remember you can exercise half an hour in the morning and half an hour at night. Then, you could loose some condiments if you want to loose even more weight. Then, watch less t.v. and go on the computer less. Do not eat out as much and don t eat fast food. Also try to eat organic and if you can t afford it all the time. Just buy organic foods whenever you can. I go to Whole Foods once in a while. Good luck on loosing the weight and remember to talk to your doctor or nutritionist about this.

i guess keep count of your calorie intake and exercise at least 3-5 times a week 30 min in the morning 30 min before bed time then again at some point of time you have to cut down on some of the unhealthy foods. also cardio is the best when trying to lose weight take a spin class and join a gym if you are not currently a member of one.

eat less and never eat after 7pm.

just simple things are a start like if you are having fast food get water instead of coke and dont try and be good everyday have at least one day a week when you allow yourself to relax your diet not pig out tho! You dont have to compromise your meals just slowly adapt! and remember if you exercise the same way everyday your body adapts to it and it stops being effected so mix it up fit exercise into your life in a way that suits you!

Walk 1 hour a day you wont gain. If you cut back on calories walk you will lose.

my favorite way to diet, is to eat what ever i usually do, but only eat half..a sure way to lose, but still enjoy your favorite food..a calorie is a calorie, whether it is a carb, a fat or protein, if you eat less calories, you will lose weight, try it, it works

Balance diet.

Excersise!
