Helpful tips on how to lose weight?? PUH-LEESE!? -

okay so I m 5 3 and 175lbs. which is way to heavy for someone my size lol and I ve been trying for ever to lose the weight but I just can t do it...I m okay with the excercising...sorta...but I have trouble with the dieting thing...I LOVE FOOD! lol and I have a really hard time staying away from the bad ones...any tips or anything to help not to eat so much and to stay away from the bad greasy foods that make me gain weight like it s going outta style lol I d love to be skinny again : ( I hate being this size...I can t even stand being around my bf in a tank top or anything and it makes shopping for clothes a nightmare...HELP!?
