How to lose weight in a healthy way..............? -

Ok, I m eating less now but still a good amount of what you are suppose to be doing. I have also been trying to do yoga everynight but keep forgetting. Other than that, I need help! I can t seem to keep up with working out and eating healthy. I try, really I do. I need to lose enough weight to fit into a bikini by summer this year.

You can do it. You may just be eating the wrong type of food. This will have two effects: the first is your body will still be craving junk and this will make you fall off any diet, the second is it will take too long and you will get fed up. In order to lose weight you need to eliminate foods that block up the liver and prevent it from burning fat efficiently, and increase the type of foods that cleanse the liver and increase its fat burning function.This is done by simply changing your diet. that s okay for start. but you need to change! don t eat less, only enough that will make you feel satisfied for few hours until next meal time. make sure you get at least 3 meals a day--especially breakfast! though you have tried to do yoga, which is good...but forgetting it isn t helping at all. don t only focus on that. try to find time, which i m sure, in your schedule to get out and exercise. a walk around the neighborhood few times a week, is good, or even better when jog/run. with all of this, you would be better off to start it now and not drag along to the approach of summer with nothing have been achieved. it depends on:getting 3 meals a day..with sleep!exercise at least 3 times a day...no matter what kind...just something that will get you moving! [helps when you have a buddy to work with!]control portions and use snack times wiselymake right food choicesand so forth...
