How to lose weight and not get saggy boobs?? -

Im 5 7 i weigh 155lbs, and i have D sized boobs, i think i should lose weight, because well obviously im not skinnyIm scared if i lose weight though, my boobs will shink and sag, and i ll be skinny but have saggy rasin boobsshould i still try to lose weight? or is it better to be bigger with normal boobs?

ummmm first of all if you lose weight, the goal is more to be healthy than attractive............skinny people can sometimes have high percentages of fat in their body which is still really unhealthyso if you want to loose weight, you should exercise and eat healthyas long as you don t go anorexic or on an extreme diet, i dont think you boobs will sag...? haha thats the funniest concern i ve heard about dieting tho....

Change your lifestyle and do this forever. Drink lots of water, walk, run, or swim an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Try fitness training you can build muscle and lose weight. It worked for me and some of my friends.
