How to lose weight really fast ? -

I do only need to lose like 10 poundsI don t give a f**k ifits bad for my health its my body. btw i cba doin exercise regimes either

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don t eat wheat then you don t eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don t eat junk food, and you don t eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.

Firstly you can lose as much weight as you want in a short time period, however, you will gain it back. I am speaking from experience from someone who has been there done that with fad diets. There is the obvious liposuction, however, the recovery time is 3 C 6 months and it sounds as though that youre in a rush to lose the weight for possibly an event with no downtime to spare. I am and have been on weight watchers for 2 years and lost 25 lbs. It was a slow and steady race, however, I havent gained the weight back cause my diet has been stabilized and so was the weight loss from 0.5 C 1 lb/week. Remember the weight gain didnt happen overnight, it happened slowly over time, the same is with proper healthy weight loss, you cant have/perform miracles over night. These are some things that I do.1.Drink lots of water as it kept me full longer. 2.Used an appetite suppressant like hoodie to make sure I dont go over my daily calorie intake. 3.Did cardio and toning 3 C 4 times a week. 4.Made meal and recipe modifications as I cooked. 5.When I dined out, I made sure that I wasnt shy about asking the kitchen to make modifications like dressing/sauce on the side, half portion ordered the kids meal etc. 6.Brushing teeth after every meal, the mint acts like an appetite suppressant and without the taste in your mouth, you can easily forget about the food. 7.Never drank diet cola, the aspartame actually made me crave food more for some reason. 8.At work I take a break before lunch and either take the stairs in the building or just general toning without weights. We have a gym at work so I do about 15 minutes of weights which not only gets my blood flowing but releases tension from a**hole customers. 9.Bought snacks in bulk (to save money) and properly measured what a cup or portion was and made individual baggies. There are some snacks on the market that are 100 calorie snacks, however, I find those to be too expensive than just buying in bulk and separating the portions yourself. Also by physically separating them yourself, you get an idea of what a portion is supposed to be and you learn to properly eye ball correct portions.

You are going to get a lot of advise, some will be good advise from those who went through it personally. Some will not be good advise. You will have to do the research to see what is good.Realize that weight gain and loss all have to do with numbers. Calories going into your body and calories burned up by your body each day. If you take in more calories than your body uses, it stores the excess as fat. So to prevent that, we want to ingest less calories than we use, or use up more calories than we take in.The way that I ve found works well, and is fairly easy if you put your mind to it, is to cut back on or totally do away with carbohydrates. Make sure you are eating plenty of green and yellow vegitables and fresh fruits. This will give your body what it needs as far as minerals and vitamins. Carbohydrates are converted into sugars as soon as you eat them. This is added to the other sugar you eat. So ALL that sugar is stored as fat. So research what foods are carbs and cut them way back. You don t need a whole lot unless you are a high level athlete who burns the carbs up each day.Cut back on wasted calories from alcohol, ice cream, soda pop, all sugars and all carbs. You can reward yourself with little portions of these but any routine you get on takes decipline to stay on it. And yes, once on this, it s for life or the weight will come back on.So cut back all portions you eat, cut out most carbs, all sugars, drink lots of water, do some kind of exercise to burn more calories (even an hour a day of steady walking is great), eat veggies and fruit, and you ll see the pounds fall off and you ll do it in a healthy way. My wife has lost 30 pounds doing this and I ve lost 26. Good luck!

hey i know it s hard. I m a ballerina and i ve heard the worst stories of what people will do to themselves to loose weight. whatever you do DO NOT starve yourself. This olny makes it worse and if you start eating again, you ll put on twice the weight you lost. The trick is to be healthy.~ Excersise excesively. ~When you eat make sure you have a big breakfast and a light, high protein lunch and dinner. ~Only eat low calorie, low or no fat and low carb foods. ~try eating negitive calorie foods like fruits, these are foods that when you eat them actually make you burn calories rather than gain them (try googling negitive calorie foods its really helpful). ~Eat very slowly and that will ensure that you re full faster. ~drink a lot (this is so that you do not mistaken thirst for hunger) ~Lastly, do not eat only 3 meals a day. i no it sounds strange but you need to have many tinytiny, light meals each day that consist of fatfree, low calorie foods. you should eat one snack like this every hourhope this helped!

Have you considered colon hydrotherapy? You can lie back whilst a couple of unwanted pounds are washed away.

up your cardio. if you wanna lose weight, burn more calories than you take in. so eat less, work out more.

8 Ways to Lose Weight in 20081. Learn to Read LabelsPaying attention to food labels is an absolute must if you want to lose weight. Counting calories is impossible without this skill. You should know how to find a food s caloric content and its serving size. Comparing labels is essential for making informed food choices.Sponsored LinksStomach Fat Hidden CausesI struggled with ugly belly fat until I found this unique method.www.Belly-Fat-Secrets.comHow I Lost My Belly FatI struggled for years with belly fat, until I found this 1 trick.www.TruthAboutAbs.comSimple Weight LossWeight Loss Made Easy Get In Shape. If it s been five or six hours since your last meal, you need to start planning snacks. Getting too hungry will backfire on your efforts to eat healthier and control portions. Aim for a healthful, satisfying snack, such as an apple and some reduced fat cheddar cheese -- the apple is high in fiber and low in calories, and the cheese will provide protein for an energy boost and a sense of satiety.3. Drink Plenty of WaterThe rule of thumb of eight glasses a day is a great goal, but why not aim for even more? Water can help with weight loss in several ways: First, if you tend to carry water weight (i.e. you re often bloated), drinking more water can help alleviate this problem. Second, replacing high-sugar, high-cal drinks -- such as soda -- with water can cut hundreds of calories. Lastly, staying well-hydrated will help you feel more satisfied (which may prevent overeating) and improves your overall sense of well-being.4. Stop Skipping MealsSkipping meals is one of those dieting mistakes most of us make at one time or another. But meal skipping does your diet more harm than good. You ll be more likely to eat too much later on, plus your body may go into starvation mode if you skip too often -- which will cause it to actually hang on to weight rather than lose!5. Just Get MovingWorking in some exercise each day will give your metabolism a boost. Anything that gets your heart pumping faster will do. Start out today with a brisk walk or a bike ride. Work your way up from 10 minutes a day to 30 minutes a day and you ll make a significant difference to your overall health, fitness, and weight loss in a matter of months ... or even weeks!6. Start a Food DiaryKeeping a food diary, even if it s just jotting down what, when, and why you eat in an old spiral notebook is an excellent first step toward losing weight. You can also keep track of your exercise efforts, too. Take a look at it every so often to find problems areas and identify changes to be made.7. Eat More Whole GrainsEating more whole grains -- as well as more produce -- could be the best health and weight loss decision you ever make. Not only do grains, fruits and veggies provide nutrients you may be missing that improve your health and possibly reduce disease-risk, they re automatically low in calories and fat, and high in fiber, so you can eat more of them, more often, and not gain weight. The fiber in whole grains and produce will help you feel fuller longer, which can in turn help you better control portions and avoid overeating.8. Practice Portion ControlPaying attention to portion sizes may be the most eye-opening weight loss experience you ever have. For example, take a look at the serving size listed on your favorite pasta. Measure out this serving. Place it on the dish you usually use. Is it miniscule compared to your usual serving? When you begin measuring portions you will realize just how oversized our idea of a helping is and where all those extra calories come from that are causing you to gain weight.
