How to lose weight when i am already healthy? -

Hi all, basically i am 51kg and 155cm. i am at a healthy weight i know. But i would love to lose at least 3kg this summer. However i am already really healthy : I run 5km everyday, eat lots of fruits and veg, wholegrains (eg oats) and enough lean protein - i make sure they add up to 1200 cal a day and count my calories. I think i am doing all the right things.What can i do to lose weight when i am already following a healthy regime?

Well idk about loosinh weigt but if you want to tighten up. Than you can do things that focus on ur abbs and legs like sit ups and leg lifts. Another one I did with were track was an excersice where normally someone sits on your feet but you can put your feet under a coach. From there you make sure your not poking your butt out and slowly fall forward and slowly come back up. This works your legs.

If you are already at a healthy weight, it will only stress and possibly harm your body to attempt to lose weight. You sound like you are quite healthy and it s not a good idea to jeopardize your health for a few kilograms. I recommend sticking to what you are already doing.
