How to lose weight fast? -

Hello, any advise would be greatly appreciated!I am 5 2 and I weigh 139! I really feel uncomfortable with all the weight that i have gained (9lbs)I really need an effective way to lose the weight. I know that dieting and excersie are the answer but I need insperation to lose the weight. what foods should I eat?if I ran a mile, did a 10 min pilate ab video, 50 push ups and 50 lunges 5 days a week would that help me loose the weight?Help!

The best diet ive used is calorie counting making sure the diet is healthy and I dont have to go through hunger pains. As long as you do regular exercise daily that doesnt mean killing yourself running. Then you can lose as much as you want.
