How to lose weight quickly ? -

I want to lose about 5 stone, by the end of may. Its really hard for me to follow a diet plan as when Im at school there is nothing healthy to eat I dont have time to make anything in the morning! Eating plans? Excercise plans? I do not eat fish, eggs, salad, carrots, peas, or beef etc but anything else is fine i love fruit, thanks alot (:

What I did to lose 7 pounds over break was fiber pills and tons of fiber. That made me go to the bathroom a lot and helped me slough off some fat. Try to make yourself go to the bathroom everyday without eating a lot. That is what fiber pills can help you do. This is helpful in losing weight. Another effective way is eat subway sandwiches and drink a coke zero or diet coke with it every day. I did this for a whole summer and lost 15 pounds. Also, run for 30 minutes 5 times a week. Do 3 sets of 10 reps of weights every day. Muscle burns calories even when sitting down or when you are doing absolutely nothing.

5 stone by the end of may is a huge amount of weight to lose, but what i did on my weight loss plan was really, really plan my meals. if I were on, say, 1500 calorie meal plans per day, I d maybe say 400 calories for breakfast, 300 for lunch, 300 for dinner, and then 500 calories worth the snacks in between. it gives you a lot of wiggle room to still eat foods you want (if you get hungrier at night then you have a few more calories then). also, eat a LOT of veggies and fruits, they keep you full and they re good to nosh on when you are hungry. I also recommend grapefruit as a snack, for some reason that fruit always keeps me full longer than other fruits. high fiber foods are key too, good luck! and don t starve yourself, you ll just set yourself up for a binge.

I just got married and I lost about 30 lbs. over 4 months without working out a single time. I completely cut sugar, wheat, alcohol, corn and potatoes out of my diet. It is a variation of the sugar buster diet. You can google it and find tons of info. It is not hard to follow, you just have to get a little creative with food. If that is too much for you though then I would say cut sugar and wheat out as much as you can, you will be amazed at what a change it makes.

There are no real quick and easy ways to lose weight. You have to be commited and really want to change your whole lifestyle. If you really want to lose weight you will find the time to make healthy food and wont have a list of excuses. The are no quick fixes. It s a complete lifestyle change.

Ultimately, losing weight comes down to one key principle: Burn more calories than you consume. The steps that follow won t work if you have a thousand more calories coming into your body on a daily basis than you have going out. Lay the foundation for weight loss with these practices:1- Count calories and keep a food diary.2- Go on a diet.3- Cut down on sugar, high fructose corn syrup, trans fats and saturated fats.4- Burn more calories by exercisingDrink lots of water( or fruit cordials with water). , eat your fruits and vegetables , avoid coke and other fuzzy drinks ,for whole-grain food (oatmeal, whole-grain cereal, whole-grain pasta, brown rice and barley) You need to eat foods high in carbs since they are your body s main source of energy. The trick is to choose the right carbs. Simple carbs like sugar and processed flour are quickly absorbed by the body s digestive system. This causes a kind of carb overload, and your body releases huge amounts of insulin to combat the overload. Not only is the excess insulin bad on your heart, but it encourages weight gain. Insulin is the main hormone in your body responsible for fat storage. Eat plenty of carbs, but eat carbs that are slowly digested by the body like whole grain flour, hearty vegetables, oats, and unprocessed grains like brown rice. These kinds of food not only contain complex carbs that are slowly digested by the body, but are usually higher in vitamins and other nutrients that are beneficial to the body and they are higher in fiber which keeps your digestive system running smoothly.Have smaller portions of the food you enjoy.Eat less lunch than usual. For example, make your own sandwich and limit the use of margarine/butter and full-fat mayonnaise (store-bought sandwiches often contain both).as for exercise , you ll burn more calories with cardio (aerobic) exercise than with strength or resistance training.
