How to lose weight? -

and i wanna lose weight so i can get this cheerleader. im 14 5 5 130 lbs. please help so i can ask her out

On of the easiest ways to drop a few pounds (cause you re not overly obese) is to stop drinking soda, and start exercising. you could run or lift weights or do anything that you enjoy that will get your heart pumping 45 mins a day, 3 days a week. You don t have to change for any girl, but getting in good shape will do you good and help build your confidence. As you get older you will learn that while your outside appearance does count, its your personality and a positive outlook on life that will really get the chicks. Be yourself, girls can tell when you act like someone you re not. I now realize this response is sounding like an after-school special so I ll close with famous words coined by Hulk Hogan : Train, say your prayers, take vitamins, and believe in yourself Best of luck buddy!!!

start working out, girls just loooovvveee guys with 6 or 8 packs. girls like guys who can fight and are tall so they can protect her.

You don t need to lose weight.Cheerleaders don t always like skinny *** guys. and you re at a healthy weight anyway.I suggest toning up and getting some muscles.

aw you re cute. if you want to lose weight then excercise. i know i hated it when ppl told me that. you dont have to run if you dont like it. try bike riding or playing a sport. orrrrrr you can try pilates. i know thats girly but get a video, its actually really fun. and you dont look silly. and also try to cut down on the bread and sugar. those are the worst things you can eat. so limit the amount of bread you eat and try not to have sweats but once a week. good luck !!

Hey First of all you need to give yourself enough time to lose weight. Of you are trying to lose 20 pounds and I dont recommend that you lose anymore than that. Then give yourself minimum 2 an 3 quarters of a month. Dont try any fad diets because they wont work. Dont skip any meals. Try an after school activity, a easy and fun way to lose weight is swimming you will shed th pounds and build muscle. Ask your parents to fix you more healthy food or you fix yourself healthy food. replace things like potato chips with oranges or apple. Vegetable oil with extra virgin olive oil. These significant changes should really help in your quest to score this girl. In the mean time make her laugh and charm her! good luck!

That s a good body type, ok, if you don t think so, then just watch what you eat drink, workout, situps, pushups, scale your self every 2 weeks, but don t make it a habit. you will lose weight, trust me!..good luck

count calories man eat less than 2000 a day and drink loads of water or other low cal drinks you consume many calories that you often dont count/realize when u drink things like soda or juice also try running or weight lifting cuz then u lose fat plus gain muscle and girls dig that...

u dont have to be skinny to be a cheerleader. u can be good for the pyramid.

Your body is still growing so don t stress too much on the weight part....You re not that far off ideal . The best way to get a cheerleader is get on the football team!!

well idk how much you should weigh but take up some sports.. eat healthy. limit your calories. join a gym. get a personal trainer. but im sure if your a good guy then this chick will go out with you even if your a little chubby.=]good luck=]]

I m sorry but you re 5 5 and 130 pounds. That sounds about right! I m assuming you are a guy, and if you are, then you are knid of underweight! If you are a girl, you are right. You don t need to lose weight. If a cheerleader nly wants to date you because you lost weight, well that s a bit superficial don t ya think? You don t need to lose weight period.

Well! Losing weight= burning more calories than you take in.So generally, you d want to start eating healthier, in smaller portions, and more frequently. You d also want to incorporate cardio for general weight-loss and some weight training for muscle toning. But the most important thing is.. girls don t always go for the pretty guys. Maybe. haha, but i m only here for the weight loss advice.Hope this helps!

jogg alot i mean daily and get rid of da junk food and stay away from meat.

As a young kid I don t recommend doing any crazy diets because your body isn t fully matured yet. What you can do is concentrate on how you eat, leave the fast food alone and eat all your fruits and veggies, try to eat most of your food before 7:00 PM so your body can burn most of it off. The other side is exercise, combined with healthy eating will change the way you look, you will slim down, tone up, but will probably weigh the same or more because muscle weighs more than fat.my opinion

according to your bmi, you are perfectly normal. don t worry about losing weight - you re fine.

start working out for at least 30 min everyday and eat more healthy foods like fruits and veggies. Try and stay away from fat/sugar and carb foods. Drink lots of water and just push yourself to get there.

stop eatin junk food and join gym

jog some lift some weights to build tone if have no weights do sit -ups, crunches, push-ups, squats, ect... Don t wait for her to ask you out go for it and just come out with it.

ok your a guy and ur weight isnt bad. but if you want to lose on ur stomach do sit-ups. (crunches work just as well) if you want to lose weight on ur legs run (once you ve gained a amount of miles you can go cut it in half and put on leg weights. if you want to lose it on ur arms lift weight. the main thing is dont starve urself and no matter how much we dont want to we must excercise.

whats wrong with your weight?! i could undeerstand if you were 170 but you re only 130. just work out now while you re young, just to gain muscle. eat lots of protiens, veggies, and fruits. you ll be fine
