monitor your diet. also a friend of mine lost a lot of weight by just going to the gym and using the tread mill
i am going to be 15 and i know what u are going through its stuff u see ur self gaining weight i will advice u to eat healthy food dont try to eat junk food like cold drinks, too many chocolates.And u should also exercise daily for almost 30 minutes it helps alot and ask ur family to support u .And before to start ur meal drink 2 glasses of water this way u wont feel so hungry .
the way to make you lose weight is call up a lot of friend then go swimming, moving around the pool, or play with some kind of ball on the pool, it will be very fun, you can either forget about getting bore, and sure swimming are very fun

im sure your school has a gym.mine does and i go every daythat helpsand i go to dance classes which helps tooand i am very skinny trust
don t eat fried food/fast food/junk food like french fries onion rings burgers soda candy etc
Do jogging and drink lot of water
