It depends on your personal physiological makeup, but drinking fluids like water and green tea help. Never drink soda or eat ANYTHING with hydrogenated oils ( like potato chips and french fries ) These are the best ways to stay thin, the best way to get thin is to elevate your heart rate for 30 min a day. Find an enjoyable hobby that gets your heart beating like dancing or swimming and roll with that. Trust me, you can loose like 15 lbs fast and if you need to loose more, the weight will keep coming off. If you have a hard time getting motivated, may I suggest looking into a pre-workout formula. These are relatively cheep and give a huge boost of energy and focus. ( always consult a physician before starting any supplemental program if you have health concerns )

your just a nipper but just as a heads up gaining weight is easier for a reason the body stores fat in case food runs out these days of course in the western world this is not that likely so in a nut shell eat sensibly and take regular exercise for 30 mins or more a day you ll be fine being a teenager try to relax a little a remember your are growing just now and for the next few years so your waist size may well decrease with time,just stick to common sense keep the junk as treats drink plenty of water and get plenty of fresh air and exercise take it easy
well losing weight is never easy so i don t know so try doing sit ups every day and running that seems to help and if not just think your not the fattest person in the world ar you :)
