become vegetarian or go by these rules-no candy/cakes/soda/cookies etc.-for every 100 calories the food should have at the most 5 grams of fat-no more then 45 calories from fat-lots of water -pomegranete juice or cranberry juice (not cranberry juice cocktail) it detoxes your body-eat 3 main meals..breakfast, lunch ,dinner but inbetween breakfast and lunch eat fruits and nuts..between lunch and dinner eat some snack. and then do not eat after 7ish. -whenever you feel like eating go on a walk outside-run for like 15 min every day or do weightsits what im doing right now and i lost 1 pound in like 2 days.
Well the fastest way is obvioursly starvation but you don t want to be going through things like that but yeah.. Alot of exercise.. You can still eat what you want people presume you should diet but it isnt always the case as long as you eat at normall times :) my boyfriend told me whos a fitness intructor. If you want to lose it very quick then do a helllll lot of exercise but try not to over work your self.. Losing weight quick can be pretty dangerous sometimes x

The fastest healthiest way to lose weight is to eat lots of protein (as much as you want basically) and cut out as many carbohydrates as possible(do not cut out vegetables, they are very good for you). Don t skip meals, in fact you want to eat every three hours. Spread your normal caloric intake throughout the day. Don t cut calories. Your metabolism will thank you. I am always for lifting weights to lose weight and build muscle (which leads to weight loss) but you want to really jump start your weight loss and really see the results right? For the next two weeks while you re eating lots of protein and not drinking soda or juice (high fructose corn syrup is the devil) do a cardiovascular exercise like riding a stationary bike (really anything) that gets your heart rate up and keep it up for an hour five days a week. You should drop at the least 10 pounds in those two weeks.The only downside to a high-protein, low-carb diet is the lack of fiber keeps you out of the bathroom. Either eat lots of high veggies or take a fiber supplement like Metamucil. If you have a hard time eating every three hours (it is difficult) buy some protein powder to blend with milk.
