How to lose weight? -

Ok so im on a diet right now and i was wondering what i have to do when i excersice. and im only 13 so i cant go to like yoga or that stuff. so when i work out in my gym i have weights, boxing thing, tredmelle, some thing that you do with your legs and arms and stuff and jumps ropes and some other stuff. i really want to wear a bikini on my eighth grade trip thats in 12 days. however, i know that i will not look perfect but close will be ok. HELP!!!! PLEASE!!!!!! THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!p.s.- my weight right now is about 114 pounds (my height is about 5 4 ) but i still have stomach fat thats pretty bad. but besides that i think i can do a bikini. HELLLLLLLLLP. THANKS........

eat only fruit and veggies and exercise for 2 hours everyday.get yourself some yoga aerobic dvds and pilates. run, walk, skip and keep your body moving.

dont eat

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on astool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine!Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times.Every week add to the number of repetitions.You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
