How to lose weight?? -

i need some one to rite up some sort of meal plan and exersise plan so i can lose weight easaly and stress free and some one to give me advice on how to resist temptations ectps: what on easrth are calories and were r they found on my food lol !!! osme one help!!!!! thank you!!!

If you want to know how many calories are in something, on the nutritional info bit they re the Kcal on the energy bit. It ll make more sense when you look at it.I wouldn t stress too much about them, just eat 3 healthy meals a day, you know whats good for you, basically anything that isn t fried! lol! If your going to snack, snack on healthy foods, like yogurt, fruit, cracker bread. Don t push yourself too hard and try and starve yourself on cabbage soup, that s not gonna work long term! Aim to lose a couple of pounds a week, and reward yourself when you reach targets.Hmm excercise, myself I just dance round the kitchen like a fool! :)Good luck!
