I need help losing weight for sports? i dont know how to lose weight very efficiently? -

i need to lose 15 pounds by november 10th for wrestling, it seems like ill be losing weight but than i gain it all back, yesterday i weighed 146.6 pounds than i ate dinner and now im 148.2 pounds. WHAT THE HELL!! why cant i keep the weight off and how can i go about doing this?

you re always going to weigh more after you eat. the weight that you have in the morning is the accurate one, because that s with an empty stomach.anyways, just eat a lot of vegetables and fruit, try to stay away from any sort of fast foods or any fatty foods! and go to the gym or run a mile every morning! exercise! that is the only was to lose weight!!! be active!
