I have started this Diet (lifestyle change) in the middle of November at 140lbs, and now at 117lbsgoogle fruit fastA DIET IS WHAT YOU EAT....there for we are all on a diet....THINK LIFESTYLE CHANGEYou got the change the way you think and feel about foodTRY THIS, and stick to it.The first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your body adjusts to the change. Results will be in about the same timeFruits and VeggiesEat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.Don t eat anything that comes in a can, box or package.........THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD.....If man made it, don t eat itNO white BREAD or SUGARNO PIZZA, I am in the pizza business, and it is not good for you, very high in FAT and CaloriesNO FRIED FOOD...Stay away from FAST FOODNO POP, SODA or FIZZY DRINKSWalk your dog, or walk a friends dogDon t think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle changeI have lost 28.5 pounds in 3 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week....controlled portion....this really works.........Write down every thing you eattake a multivitamin at night
The only thing you should do is watch your diet, eat healthy and exercise. Eat several small, healthy meals a day instead of two to three large meals. Don t eat late in the evening. If you are concerned about your weight and find it difficult to maintain a healthy weight, talk to your doctor. Walking is great exercise. Fad diets do not work over the long term, because people tend to revert back to old eating habits once they are bored or frustrated with the diet. To help make yourself feel better in the dress you have for the wedding, make sure it is suitable for your body shape. If you feel it is a bit tight, camouflage it with a summer shawl.
You could lose MAYBE ten pounds by then, which is still really good.Your body burns about 1700 calories a day; to lose two pounds per week, you need to burn 7000.Walking for an hour a day, you d burn about 180 calories. Do this twice a day, stick to 1200 calories, stop eating before six or seven, and drink plenty of water.Do fifty sit-ups a day, as muscle burns more calories than fat, and you should see good results.
Would have been better if you started this weight loss mission earlier. However, I would focus on cutting ALL sugar out, soda, juice, drink Tea (ice or hot) and water. Eat small meals 5-6 per day. There isn t enough space here to give you a day-to-day meal plan, but eat lots of vegetables, salad and avoid fat at all cost.it will suck, but you might be able to get 10-12 lbs b4 the big day. Also, exercise your hide off. Good luck and just remember, night of that wedding, eat your face off. Wedding grub is usually pretty tasty; especially the cake.
Make sure you get at least 8 grams of fiber in the morning and always eat a mid morning snack. I walk about 2 miles every morning (great for fat burning) and sprint up steep hills. Make sure you speed walk because if you cant feel it your not really doing anything. Make sure you drink lots of water, eat fresh fruits and veggies (I like them raw) and don t go under 1000 calories!!! Check out this website...And get excited girl! www.mypyrimid.com
