How to lose weight without dieting and excercise? -

i just want to lose a few extra pounds so nothing drastic like surgery or weight loss pills.....sumthing simple..i heard of like reversing how slow your metabolism is but just a little somthing to help srop at least 5 or 10 pounds

drink PLENTY of water like 2 - 3 litres a day.get plenty of sleep.just move around the house abit more or the usually take the stares instead of the esculator.at least do like 50 sit ups or something a day.you have to excercise a little to loose weight loland as for food make sure you eat breakfast and eat healthyi heard that if you eat a big breakfast, smaller lunch, then smaller tea can make you loose weightgood luck :)

eat less calories than you burn. Sometimes people snack on foods when really they are not very hungry at all. just eat when your hungry, not when your bored.

No diet, no exercise, and no pills, what exactly di you have in mind? Meditation? Your weight won t magically dissapear, you have to do something. A few crunches before bed, less cokes, (I don t suggest pills the effect wear off)

By your question it sounds like you just want it to happen, it won t. I m going to take a chance and the time in the offbeat chance you are somewhat serious. First, get up at 5:30 am every morning. I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing.
