How to lose weight quickly and safely? -

what do you think is the easiest way to lose weight quickly. i do a lot of exercise but seem to have hit a slump. was thinking vegetable soup for a few weeks to get ready for the christmas parties, any suggestions?

The best way to loose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. Eat healthy food. Exercise for 45 minutes daily. Don t eat after 8pm. There is no fast way to loose weight. I preach this rule to my patients over and over.
