How to lose weight ? -

i mainly want to get rid of my fat.i have a hang over stomach sadly big chest l:and im a guy, i never used to be this big.i weigh about 200.i dont really care about the weight,i want to lose all the fat on my stomach !and maybe even build a little muscle.can someone tell me daily exercises to help me burn the fat of of my stomach.and foods that actually help during the process.thanks(:
