How to lose weight as a guy!? -

I m a tennager and I need a diet specifically for guys. Every time my mom and i try a diet she loses weight and i dont. I think its because guys eat more food than women. Please help!!!

In my opinion as a teenager you should not go much below like 2000-2500 calories per day. If that s got you fat, you need a lot more exercise.

dieting is simple, really! Just eat less, and exercise more! That s what I m doing, and it s working. The thing is, you REALLY have to eat less...I ve been eating small bowls of Goldfish crackers for dinner and a single packet of oatmeal for lunch...and then jogging like half an hour per day...gotta be committed man

Just try eating 2 subway subs a day for a month.
