How to lose weight gained back from a diet? -

i was on the atkins diet and i gained everything back after i stopped wat should i do?

The reason you gained everything back is because the atkins diet tells you what to eat and doesnt teach you anything about nutrition and weight maintenance. so as soon as you stop your right back to your old habits because it didnt teach you anything. The same thing happens to a lot of ppl who take those diet pills on tv as soon as they stop they gain it all back because their diet didnt teach them anything. You need to look on the internet about the number of calories and how much fat and stuff like that you should be taking in daily or see a dietitian and dont think of it as a diet because it shouldnt be it should be a permanent change in your life and you ll overtime lose more than you did on the atkins and you ll be able to keep it off. That sucks. Whatever you do try not to go down that same path again. Eat a very steady diet of 1200 calories a day..mostly fruits and vegetables, along with daily multivitamins, fish oil, flax, and B6.

You might think about trying this book called The Movie Star Diet by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn t think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

The first thing you should know, is that this kind of diets are no good at all. It only makes you loose water, IS NOT TRUE!!!! The best thing you can do, is to re-educate your body, with healthy fruits... I strongly recommend to buy books about the Ayurveda Maharishi Diet, and It is not the atkins kind of diet, instead you ll be making yourself a favor. And your body will be gratefull forever, and you ll even live longer and healthier. There are other books, not about the ayurveda, but to guide you with meals that are often on the market, and also more traditional.
