How to lose weight without being unhealthy as a teen girl? -

i m just 13, guys and girls in school said i m fat..so i think losing more weight is good enough..currently 167cm, 106lbs

Walk daily and eat small healthy meals dont overdue it you want to be healthy not boney

I can t imagine that anyone with any sense would say that someone who weights 106 is fat, but if YOU want to lose a few pounds, then do it the healthy way so that you won t have a lifetime of dieting ahead of you:My best suggestion would be for you to cut out junk food and eat about 3/4 of your normal portions. Don t eat anything after dinner at night. Never have dessert more than once a week. just dont do hat my friend did she took a bunch of diet pills and it almost let to a heart attack and she was belimec anyway i would suggeset eating more veggies that makes you loose a lot of weight and if you have a trampoline its a lot easier then running if you jump on a trampoline for 5 minutes it counts for a mile running and 1 minutes 2 miles nad so on and so fourth i hope i could help you and be careful dont harm yourself :)
