How can i lose weight in a short period of time.? -

Okay, so here is the scoop.I was recently weight, and i weigh 177.8 pounds, I m only 5 7 so I know myself this is overweight. I suddenly feel fat and gross all the time, and I m really wanting to loose weight really fast. Is there anyone who knows how to lose weight so quickly. I want to become at the most 130, could i lose 47 pounds in one month, or is that even possible. I hope it is. Any idea s or tips anybody?

It is not possible to lose that much weight that fast. The most you can lose and still maintain your health is 1 - 2 pounds a week. You didn t put the extra weight on over night you can t take it off quickly. Here is what you need to do. NO JUNK (FAST) FOOD. No snacking between meals Limit your sweets. Eat three well balanced meals. Don t skip breakfast. You lose more by eating breakfast than skipping it. Stop eating when you are full don t stuff yourself. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Also you need to exercise as well as diet. One other tip. About 10 minutes before you eat drink a full 8 oz glass of water. The will help you feel full faster.

No, its not possible to lose that amount of weight in a month, even starving yourself. If you did starve yourself to lose as much as possible, you d gain it back and more as soon as you hit your goal. The very best way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more. wholly moley girl! slow down! i m sure you re beautiful and can loose the weight, but don t expect to loose it in one month! be patient, do daily cardiovascular exercise, eat well and smart. you ll feel great as you loose weight, but the key is persistence and patience. it may help to join a health club and get a trainer and/or some buddy to exercise with. helps with the discipline aspect lol!

There is no healthy way to lose that much weight that fast. If you are serious about wanting to lose the fat, eat healthy, watch your portion sizes, and exercise for at-least 30 minutes a day.

Don t eat anything for that full month and run twelve hours a day on your treadmill.
