How to lose weight? -

i am 14 and want to lose about 28 pounds right now i weigh 147 pounds and i am quite slim but i am going on hoilday in 7 weeks and i want a beach body don t say your not fat or oh my god your well fat. Do this 3 times a day, Run, Push Up, and Sit up, cut all desert and snake. Not to go over calories.
