Advice on how to lose weight in one month? -

okay..i know that there is no quick fix.. and no magic pills or whatever.. but i seriously need to lose at least 15 pounds in one month.. and i just wanted to know if there was any routine or schedule combined with some sort of diet.. that may help me do this. ive tried a lot, but im really bad at sticking to these things..plus, ive got no idea what im doing .. like i cut out carbs or calories..which is stupid..and doesnt really work. so.. anyone? im open to all suggestions.

Ok, so heres what you do1) stay on a diet (doesnt mean starving your self )2) cardio3) light weight training1)Staying on a diet means eating healthier and not eating junk foods, err eat less of whats bad, im sure u no wuts bad for uburn more than u consumeeat more protein which helps ur motabolism i heard calcium helps as wellstay away from carbs because if you dont use that energy the carb will store the fat/energy into ur body for later useso too much carbs is not goodeat small meals like 5-6 times a day instead of 3 big meals, which will help ur metabolism2)cardio = running, jumping rope, jogging, biking, sports anything that will get ur heart pumping and sweatingat least half an hour a day. and stick to it dont be lazyyou can do this while watching tv and it will make time go by much quickerremember to stretch before and after to prevent any injuries3) light weight training, maybe 5 or 10 lbs is goodit will help tone up ur arms, and legs so that u look slimmer, feel better. and have more energy to do everyday activitiessearch google: dumbell exercises ( once u get ur dumbells )thats pretty much itstay on the diet, dont eat big meals, and dont starve urself eithereat healthyalong with that do cardio to help burn off excess fatand weight training is very good in burning off calories alsobut if u gain weight but ut doing everything i told u to its because ur building muscle and muscle weighs more than fatGood Luck

You might think about trying this book called The Movie Star Diet by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn t think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well.

It really depends on how much you weigh, but 15 pounds in one month is possible. Eat WHOLE foods (closest to how they grow), water, and do cardio for 30 minutes every day. Lift light weights three times a week. Stay healthy! Good luck!

cut cal to about 1250 a day exercise for about 45 minutes or more 2 times a day keep to it eat right Smart Ones are a good diet food keep motovated and when you exercise get and keep your heart rate high

throw up, but I don t recommend it.

I really did lose 15# in a week or two but cutting out all carbs. And if it s not long term, any fad diet will help you lose weight for a month s period of time. Why does everyone wait til the last minute to have to lose the weight?? Anyway, my suggestions are:1- cut out carbs (see a low carb website) especially if you are a sugar addict2- try a cleansing fast a week or two before the big day3- amp up your metabolism with lots of aerobic exercise, weights and spicy foods4- Don t cut back your calories below 1000 less than you are doing today. Good luck.

go on a morning jog. not only will it give you exercise but in these colder seasons it will wake you up and keep you energized the rest of the day

exercise, exercise, exercise. not too mention eat healthier. cut back on certain foods. drink lots of water. dont eat past 8 or 9 pm (or right before bed).
