How To Lose Weight At Home? -

im 16 i weight about 215 pounds and im about 5 8 how can i lose weight at home?i ve been doing push ups sit ups curlers and running in place is that good enough?

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, whichwill lead to increase of weight, or muscle growunderneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet withoutexercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. Fordiet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no foodafter 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending onyour initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. Ifyou don t eat wheat then you don t eat all those sticky, fatty goeycakes, you don t eat junk food, and you don t eat biscuits. But yourdiet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have tocalculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is themost efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight alot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to targetyour problem areas for men and women. It s not necessarily to become abodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help youto target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

I am trying to lose weight too! Today is my third day of diet/exercise. I feel great. There is a fun work-out video on youtube. It is AMAZING!!! It works on your love handles and abs too. I don t know if you have heard of Tae-Bo, but that is what it is. You don t even have to go out and buy it. You just have to have a computer and you can do it in the privacy in your own home.When I am doing it, I sweat until I drop. My shirt is literally soaked in just 45 minutes. I used to go to gyms and swimming but I never saw results fast enough. Be patient and add Tae-Bo (Aerobic) and (Abs) total of 45 minutes a day for 4 times a week and you will notice a difference for sure!For my diet, I am eating a lot of veg/fruits/nuts and protein - chicken/eggs/fish. you need cardio and muscles to burn more fat so try walking in your neighborhood or at a park. If you can t then try to get a dvd for cardio. anything that lasts for about 30 - 45 mins. If you mix this w/ free weights then you should lose weight, if you eat healthy of course.

If you work out like push ups and curlers theres a change muscle will just form under the fat. Eat better, swim, I dont think running in place will do much. Get out of your house. Run outside, and if it embaresses you do it at night.
