How to lose weight? -

Do you think that if i just watch what i eat and dont do any extra exercise ill lose weight?

nou will be UNDERNUTRITIONEDi eat like a pig and i am extremely fit because i do sports every day for three hoursget a treadmill

A well balanced diet and walking would do the trick. If there is no movement, other than surgery, dehydration, or bowel movements, it would be impossible to lose weight.

u know the answer.

Of course but if you exercise too it will make you lose weight alot faster.Try doing headspins with your homies around the block.

I Am Goin To Have To Say No Because You Still Have To Exercise So That The Food You Do Eat Can Ware Off Of You So That Every time When You Eat you Can exercise Right after and you Will lose weight like that

It depends how you ate before? If you eat extremely unhealthy you may.....but really excersize and a healthy diet is key.

Exercise as much as you can and stick to healthy food. When you re bored don t reach for the bag of chips but eat the apple in your fridge. And you don t need to play a basketball game or bike ride wherever you go. You can start off just by doing 50 or so jumping jacks inside your house listening to your favourite tunes. Going outside and being active with sports is something I love to do. I m just saying you don t have to be a sport fanatic like me to lose weight. Start with something you re comfortable doing.

Yes, if you severely cut down on calories. It is much easier to lose it if you exercise, and it is helpful in keeping it off if you exercise. But yes, you can lose if you reduce your calorie input. Try reducing it by half. I lost 40 pounds that way.Once I lost the weight I did start exercising, and I ve kept the weight off for 5 years now.

No, probably not. Minimum of 30 minutes of at least light exercise should be included daily. I personally have been battling weight all my life as well and now have found a great way to include that 30 minutes a day by putting my laptop on my treadmill. (walking as I type right now...) There are few products out there to do this and I personally opted for the net runner. http://www.thenetrunner.com

You can lose weight with water. The human body is mostly water trapped inside the fragile walls of cells. We drink water to maintain the optimum level of hydration in our bodies, to flush the toxins out and cleanse the body, to cool off, to keep the joints working and to help the food digestion process. The minimum daily recommended water intake is 2 liters, because this is how much water the body uses throughout the day through sweating, urination and other bodily functions. Without replenishing lost water, the body goes into dehydration and all functions start to suffer, which is why dieting professionals recommend abstaining from food, but never from water. Like many other bodily functions, the metabolism is dependent on water to work properly. Without enough water, the process of breaking food down and converting it to energy slows down dramatically, which means that too few calories are burnt and that too little weight is lost. Not drinking enough water can be compared to running of fumes and if youre dieting and you seem to have hit the plateau, then you are probably not drinking enough water. When the metabolism slows down, weight loss slows down even more dramatically, especially since exercising becomes less effective as the bodys energy levels diminish. Water also plays an important part in the process of digestion and elimination of residues. Not drinking enough water is a one-way ticket to constipation and a host of other problems of the intestines. Poor digestion means that you will not get enough energy from the food youre eating. This will prompt the body to ask for more food and this is how the weight loss process stops and the weight gain process begins. A dehydrated body sends out fake hunger pangs, thus tempting you to forget about the diet and eat more food than you should. Not to mention that water is also a good filler. If you want to eat less food, drink a tall glass of water half an hour before every meal. The water will fill a large part of your stomach and the body will be content to feel that the stomach is not empty. This is not idle speculation, but a sound advice whose effectiveness can be confirmed by many dietitians and weight loss experts. Nobody can overeat with half of the stomach filled with water and with the body telling him/her: Seems like were almost full. We dont need that much food, so cut it short this evening. Keep in mind that in order to reap the benefits of drinking enough water, you will want to spread the intake throughout the day. Dont drink 2 liters of water all at once because the body will simply flush the excess and a lot of it will simply be wasted. Also, you dont need to restrict yourself to water. Fruit juices, weak tea and coffee count as liquids that can be used by the body for hydration. Alcohol is out of the question, because alcohol has the opposite effect on the body. And, ladies, dont be afraid that drinking a lot of water will make you retain it. Its dehydration, not abundance, which forces the body to hang on to what it has.

ya but make sure you eat good to because if you dont eat you could die of hunger mabey eat healthy and do a little exercising that always helps

nope, 2 points

Yeah. Just make sure you get the foods you need and do get some exercise!

Maybe, you lose weight anytime you burn more calories than u consume. Please don t starve yourself. Don t snack. Don t eat salad dressings, dips, extra toppings like butter, cheese, sour cream, and whipped cream. Don t drink soda,Kool-Aid, drink water instead or fruit juice. Drink skim instead of whole milk. Eat yogurt instead of ice cream. Instead of a brownie eat fruit salad. Make sure u still eat a balanced diet, follow the food guide pyramid will help too. You really should exercise though. Walking just 30 min a day helps. If u exercise you will see more weight loss and you can even have a nice toned body. Plus exercise would make you feel better emotionally and physically. I say try both, cut out the unhealthy foods and get a friend to walk with you 30 min a day.

I dont really think that would work unless u have a really high matabolism....plus theres lots of benifits to working out so just think about that when u work out if u really dont like it. It helps you look better and more helthy it makes you feel great afterwords and it just helps your body in so many ways. Also i found that if you listen to ur ipod r music while working out its wayyyyyy funner!!!
