How to lose weight? -

I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT IN 3 MONTHS!I LOVE TO EXERCISE BUT IN THIS KIND OF WEATHER CONDITIONS IN BELOW 0 DEGREES COME ON I LL PROBABLY FREEZE TO DEATH OUT SIDE !!!!LOOK IM FEMALE 5 6 AND 140 I THINK I WANNA GO DOWN TO 120 OR 115!!!!

turn off ur capslock when writing plz..1. eat 5 times a day, but you have to reduce ur portion. only eat 4 spoon table of rice / carbohydrate2. substitute ur carbohydrate with proteins, it will make ur waist smaller3. when ur still hungry eat fruits and vegetables, dont eat stuff like chocolate, milk, FAT...4. you can exercise inside ur house, sit ups, push ups, aerobics, tread mills..
