How to lose weight? Help please!? -

I am a 13 year old guy, 5 feet 3, and weigh 180 pounds. How can I lose weight?

eat healthy exercise i dont think pills are that healthy

drink lots of water, and eat regularly. don t starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you ll gain everything back, trust me.eat lots of fruits and veggies, and if you eat bread, make sure it s whole grain. white bread is pretty fattening. you can also eat lean meats, like chicken breast.skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, chips, ice cream, cake, and cookies.cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out a lot!and don t forget to exercise!try walking, jogging, jump rope, dancing, bike riding and swimming. try exercising for 45-80 minutes a day.good luck!

At 13 years old, you should first of all be under the instruction of a GP. There is no massive cure if all health related issues are ok. Fuel in = fuel out. A more active life style and healthier eating habits. Take it easy at first though if not use to exercise. Also, set yourself mini goals to ensure you stick to it. Small goals at first that eventually lead to your big goal! Good luck!

Your body is still growing, at your age you have a lot of stretching to do, don t try to loose weight too fast as you need to compensate for that big stretch in height still to come
