Being healthy is really about being at a weight that is right for you. The best way to find out if you are at a healthy weight or if you need to lose or gain weight is to talk to a doctor or dietitian, who can compare your weight with healthy norms to help you set realistic goals. Your body uses food for energy. It stores any excess energy as fat. This means if you eat more food than your body needs for daily activities and cell maintenance, you will gain weight. To lose weight, you need to get your body to use up these stores of fat. The most effective way to do this is to: * reduce the amount of calories you eat * increase your levels of activity. This is why experts talk about weight loss in terms of diet and exercise.Try thishttp://www.netdoctor.co.uk/health_adviceCreate Your Weight Loss Diet Plan - http://www.theloseweightdiet.com/quick-w

The Candida DietIf you have a problem with excess Candida that makes you sick or have unwanted side effects, you need to understand that your diet plays a big role in this. When you learn to avoid foods that aggravate your condition and eat the foods that help you, your body will adjust its levels of Candida naturally and prevent an overproduction of Candida which causes complications. Many practitioners and natural or alternative practitioners are teaching their patients to use their diet to help address the problem of Candida overgrowth.

Eat a healthy diet with lots of fresh fruits veggies. Eat 3 regular meals a day or several smaller ones. Limit your snacks, drink water instead of sugared beverages juices. Watch your fat intake, limit red meats fried foods. Get plenty of exercise, walking briskly for 1/2 hr to 1 hr everyday is an easy exercise that doesn t require any special equiptment. Get enough sleep. If you do this you will be healthy in good shape. You aren t fat. Just eat healthy exercise and enjoy your life...don t spend your time worrying about your wieght.

Your parents need to talk to your ballet teacher. 40kg is an anorexic weight and your ballet teacher is encouraging an eating disorder. Your body doesn t want to lose weight because it needs that weight to live. My sister got too thin and ended up with heart problems and became infertile. Don t go there.

how possibily can u be fat at 40 kilos! tell ur ballet teacher to get lost !!!

what height are you? If you re into ballet, your muscles being better toned than many others would actually add weight to you making you above the average weight for your age. Muscle is heavier weight than fat. At 88lbs on a 14 year old girl, I m concerned you may be underweight. You should ask your doctor if they can recommend a diet specific to your ballet needs, and I d also tell them what your teacher said and how it s affected you - because it clearly has.

Hi there,I think you might be getting a little mixed up with what you want exactly. You say that you want to lose weight but that means you might want to get rid of some muscle too. You then say that you d like to shape (I d call it tone) your body a little which implies you want to build some muscle. I m not trying to pick at your question - I just want to clarify the point for you.To answer it in the best way, I am going to look at it as if you want to get rid of fat AND build muscle at the same time. If you re looking to trim and tone your body, and espectially because you suggest you are not that overweight, I would suggest you start performing more intensive aerobic exercises such as jogging. I wouldn t think you need to change the whole way you eat or go on a diet because if you re wanting to build muscles - it s better to do it all with exercise.Exercises like jogging won t exactly build your muscles on your stomach but they will help reduce the extra fat around there. Depending on how fit you are, you should go on daily or bi-daily jogs of around a mile. To build muscles, you should concentrate on anaerobic exercises such as sit-ups to help build muscles. These muscle-building exercises will give your muscles the toning and training they need to grow and become more prominent. To start to see a real difference with sit-ups, you should be looking to do no more than 100 every day (more than that will often hurt your muscles). If you stick to doing those two forms of exercise - jogging and sit-ups, you should see real improvements in a week or two. Remember, you should do them as often as you can (I.E every single day).Hope this helps?http://healthylifeday.com
