How to lose weight soon? -

i am 21 years old. 5 7 136 lbs. 36, 27, 36.i was 134 2 days ago. i gained 2 pounds. but my body looks toner. i have been doing Pilate s and dancing instead of treadmill. i want to lose a couple of pounds or toning down before july 1st. any suggestions?

Cut out soda completely. Drink just water. You ll lose a lot just with that.

well obviously, you have to watch what you eat. the little snacks that you ingest on a day to day basis can really play a huge role in how much weight you lose. dont overeat, and dont even eat until you re full. i m not saying that you should starve yourself - that s a big no-no. instead, try eating until you re satisfied but not until your stomach bulges out. also, try not to each after 8:30 PM - your body essentially prepares itself for rest after that, so any food you ingest becomes turned into potential energy (aka fat). then there s the exercise. its important to do different types of exercise. its good that you ve been doing pilates and dancing. they re a lot more fun than just pounding miles on a treadmill. you should pick activities that really interest you, because chance are, you ll want to do them more often, which will help you become healthier and lose more weight. you could try cardio kickboxing - it not only improves your cardiovascular health, but it also helps tone your muscles and its really fun to dogood luck!

Don t do pilates or anything that makes you gain muscle until you lose as much as you would like to, cause you can t lose muscle as easily. Don t stop eating because that slows your metabolism down and that makes it ten times harder to lose weight. Eat smaller portions and instead of eating candies eat healthy fruit and vegtables

I do Turbo Jam and it really is so much fun! I lost 11 pounds in one month. However, if you not looking to spend money on buying an exercise video, then little things can help with weight loss. Of course your eating habits need to change (if they are bad), For me,it wasn t so much as changing my menu but cutting back on how much I would eat. For example, I wouldn t get seconds. Another thing I did that really helped was I stopped drinking cokes. It was hard but it helped. As far as your weight gain, you might as well get used to it. One thing that you should expect is that your weight is going to fluctuate. One tip I can provide is to weigh yourself at the same times.Don t weigh yourself in the morning one day and then the next day weigh yourself in the evening, this will give you conflicting numbers. i dont want to promote annorexia here, but cut your calories down. fruits and veggies, only eat when your stomach is just starting to growl. stop drinking soda. I saw some statistic somewhere that if you are a soda drinker and you stop drinking 1 can of soda every day, ull cut like 50,000 calories out of your diet over the course of a year.

keep doing your daily workout.drink 8 glasses of water a day (takes out all of your calories chew your food completly (10 chews) it helps your metabolismeat all 3 meals with full servings of fruits and vegtableswork out in the morning

Pilates is great. I use to kill myself doing eliptical and treadmill with NO results, but pilates works awesome. I love it. Also, drink water and not soda. And dont eat salt - it bloats you up.

there is this fruit pill its call the acai berry pill u take one every day and its a 30 day supply oprah and rachael ray thinks highly of it i am actually taking it myself.

Eat smaller portions for your 3 meals a day, skip sweets, and keep exercising vigorously. Remember to have rest days

Eat less and exersize more.

Dance. A lot.

Starve yourself.

You should do more cardio and do weights later.Oh yea and eat healthy

run as you never ran before..........
