How to lose weight? -

i m only 13 so i don t want like a diet like weightwatchers. i m pretty much just trying to get fit for baseball and i m a little chubby

eat carrot sticks

cardio cardio cardio!lol cardio helps out so much in the long run. everyone knows that if you cut of greasy foods then you will lose the wiggle. Make sure you eat some raw fruit or vegetable when ever you eat. (no fried foods) and try drinking 64 oz of water a day!it helped me i lost over 80 lbs!

run, eat healthier also try out crunches/pushups good luck! also if you ve had any other sport experience where they make you warm up or exercise before you play try some of those exercises you rememebr
