How to lose weight fast and get in shape!? -

okay so i want to lose my belly pudge before spring break in april. and just get in shape generally. (not that i already am not, cause i am...) but i just want the sorta visible abs, and no love handles..so can anybody tell me what to eat, and how to work out?!

Start eating healthy foods.Cut out ALL soda and sugary snacks.And just find some exercises that you like to do. :)I know that s some pretty cliche advice, but if you don t eat healthy and exercise, you re not going to see results.

why dont you eat one less meal a day like stop eating lunch and whenever u want to eat just think do i really need that
