How to lose weight as soon as possible? -

Low carb diet with jogging. I lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks and 2 days but have dropped 2 dress sizes. You must drink lots of liquids if jogging outside in the heat. I lose 4-5 pounds per day in liquids after jogging, so I drink plenty during the day to replace it.Get healthy !

exercise and eat less. There really is no other way....

try doing cardio everyday like running or jogging and start eating healthier and eat less....cut out some of the fattening foods like mcdonalds and drink alot of water. jump roping is another great form of cardio. you can feel fat burn off you quickly. well hope this helps you out

Eat lots of simple carbs (ie. pasta, bread), and get yourself a bike, with the seat adjusted so that your legs fully extend when you pedal. Make sure the tires are fully pumped. Bike, bike, and bike some more. The carbs will help you bike longer than you could if you ate a high-protein diet. You can also buy some caffeine pills (or black coffee) since caffeine helps you go a lot longer when exercising. You can lose a lot of weight in a real hurry if you go for long bike rides, where you pedal hard consistently.If you don t have a bike, eat carbs anyways, and do some vigourous cardio exercise (ie. jogging, swimming laps).
