How to lose weight naturally? -

im going on holiday in 2 weeks to greece how can i lose weight ..in that time x

Obviously, eat less junk and eat healthy.Exercise as much as you can and drink 8 glasses of water a day.2 weeks isn t long enough to notice any weight loss as the first week you will be losing water not fat. Good luck and have a nice holiday :)
