Could someone share a fast amp; simple way to lose weight?? -

Well im a teen, but i aint that thin. So is there a way to lose weight fast??I do alot of active things ... (meaning i aint like way fat, just not as thin as i want to be)Well i do things in my life such as , soccer, basketball, martial arts/kickboxing and you know like walking with myy sister and that.Any thoughts will be helpful :) thanks

to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost 2 1/2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question goodluck !

Could someone share a fast simple way to lose weight?? first off, fast and simple do not apply to weight loss. in fact, seeking such easy solutions to this challenge will only prolong the problem.since you claim to exercise plenty, the problem lies in your diet. be conscious of what you eat, throughout the day, every day. study nutrition and adapt your diet accordingly. the following links should be a healthy starting point:

i know its obvious but all i know is diet and exercise may not be the fastest way, but it is the healthiest way and you will live longer..... don t give up :)

hi, i too am trying something like that.....have read somewhere that drinking cold milk with loads of ice, eating lots of cabbage stuff with lots of vinegar. can cause instant loss of weight. another thing is have lemon juice without salt or sugar can burn fat faster....best of luck!
