HOW CAN I LOSE WEIGHT FAST? -

If you don t want to change what you are doing, the main thing you should be focusing on is food. Although, exercise is a an important key in weight loss.Eat smaller portions of food, preferably 5-6 meals a day. By small, I mean about the size of your palm. By eating small portions throughout the day, it will speed up your metabolism and help you to lose weight.Drink lots of water and eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Things like nuts and seeds are also a good snack. Don t eat too much bread or anything with lots of carbohydrates.Good luck, and keep it safe.

its unhealthy to lose weight fast, but u should just eat a little bit less of what you are eating, and every day do 25 crunches, 25 sit ups and 15 push ups take breaks in between also drink lots of water, but not like, alot because a person died from drinking too much water,, =( that should probably help you, but it wont work like super fast, but u ll probably lose some weight by a week and a half of doing it every day. good luck!! hard work and lots of waiting is the ONLY way. Do NOT think losing weight PERNENENTLY is easy.. fast.. or painless.Don t EVER think that. Patience and hard work is the answer.
